Housekeeping Room Attendant 551 Harold Bentley Avenue, Fairbanks, AK 99701 $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour Do you love transforming spaces into spotlessly clean sanctuaries? We're hiring a professional housekeeper to help us ensure our hotel guests have a wonderful stay with us. You'll perform basic cleaning duties like making beds, washing sheets, mopping, and dusting. You'll also restock supplies and make sure common areas are clean and orderly as needed. Job seekers should be personable, organized, and enjoy working on a team. Weekend availability is a must for this position, and it is only day shift hours starting at 9:30 am.

Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed Reply to general questions guests have during their stay Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel's standards prior to guest arrival

Qualifications:

High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills About Company Candlewood Suites Fairbanks opened in 2016 and has been one of the top-rated hotels in the area for Guest Satisfaction and Cleanliness.
