Rate Requirement:

40% Starting rate 42% 50 jobs, 95%+ success rate 44% 100 jobs, 95%+ success rate 46% 175 jobs, 95%+ success rate 48% 275 jobs, 97%+ success rate 50% 400 jobs, 97%+ success rate Every completed job counts toward your total, including recurring. Success rate means the percentage of your last 50 jobs completed without a refund, reclean, written complaint, or review under 4 stars.

Per-job minimums:

$75 recurring, $100 deep clean, $100 move-out. These apply to smaller bookings. On most jobs the percentage pays more.

Working solo:

you receive the full percentage.

Working with a partner:

the payout is split between you.

Bringing your own helper:

allowed once they're approved and background checked. If a job runs well beyond the scope it was quoted for, flag it with photos before you leave and we'll review additional compensation for that job. Earnings depend on the jobs you choose and how you run your business. How This Works This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment. You run your own cleaning business. You choose which jobs to accept, and you decide how to do the work. We provide the client bookings and support. You're free to work for other companies, including other cleaning services. You're responsible for the quality of the jobs you accept. If a client reports an issue with your work, you get the first chance to make it right.
