In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across various facilities, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or industrial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and sanitizing restrooms and common areas Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners efficiently and safely Assist with light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or minor repairs when needed Follow established safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals responsibly Support floor care activities including buffing and polishing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning schedules promptly and efficiently Requirements Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and reliability Basic understanding of facilities maintenance or porter experience is a plus Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required Join us in creating clean, safe environments that make a difference every day!
