Full Job Description Shift Hours:

7:30a-4p Mon-Fri | May work occasional weekends as requested by supervisors to fit the needs of our community.

Pay Range:

$10-13/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay Rate of pay is based on experience Clean residents' apartments in accordance with policy, procedures, and schedule as assigned Clean common areas in accordance with policy, procedures, and schedule as assigned Complete Housekeeper Checklist daily, immediately reporting to management any problem that may arise that could keep you from completing the checklist Communicate to management any maintenance issues noticed that require attention Use proper body mechanics to lift or assist in a lift Fully understand emergency procedures and respond in accordance with policy & procedures in the event of fire or other emergencies Able to read & write Able to follow both oral and written instructions Able to lift 75 pounds unassisted, and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift Regular in attendance, always in compliance with dress code Work well with others, and also independently Positive attitude displayed toward residents, families, management, and other staff Patient, compassionate, and in overall good physical and mental health Attend monthly scheduled staff meetings We are a drug-free workplace.
