Lead House Cleaner/Cleaning Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead House Cleaner/Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in both leadership and hands-on roles. As a lead cleaner/cleaning technician, you will oversee a small team, manage job site execution, and ensure exceptional results for residential and commercial clients, including deep cleans, routine maintenance, and move-in/move-out services, as well as other cleaning services we offer (see our other job posting & website for full details - carpet, upholstery, tile + grout, windows, etc.) ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning, including regular cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services Lead and supervise a small team of cleaners, ensuring quality standards and efficient performance Work independently on smaller jobs and manage larger projects with a team Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and management Ensure cleaning tasks are completed on time and according to company standards Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment Report supply needs, restock cleaning kits, and maintain equipment Collect payments from clients when required and document services performed Follow safety procedures and handle cleaning agents responsibly Perform final inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations ⸻

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience required Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead others effectively Excellent time management and communication skills Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in homes and commercial spaces Willingness to work in various environments and weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen (subject to applicable laws) ⸻

Schedule & Compensation:
