Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Tropic Hideaway RV Resort Park Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the resort's common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our resort, making every guest feel at home from the moment they arrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team committed to excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resort facilities, including restrooms, laundry areas, and communal spaces, Resort trash pick-up and adhering to health and safety standards. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Assist with janitorial duties by replenishing supplies, managing waste disposal, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained. Maintain high standards of hospitality by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their cleaning or service requests. Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them for prompt resolution. Use industrial cleaning equipment effectively for deep cleaning tasks when necessary, ensuring efficient operations. Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings. Work Front Office when needed, including reservations, phone calls, and guest check-ins. Previous hotel or resort experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations and service standards. Strong understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests professionally.
