Housekeeping Attendant

Housekeeper Duties:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep and mop floors
• Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and practices
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
• Weekends are our busiest time, therefore, they are mandatory.

• Housekeeping Management:

  Knowledge of effective housekeeping management techniques, including inventory control, scheduling, and quality assurance.

• Industrial Cleaning:

• Hotel/Hospitality:

  Understanding of the unique needs and expectations of guests in a hotel or hospitality setting.

• Floor Care:

  Proficiency in floor care techniques such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing.
