Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and other techniques to preserve flooring quality and appearance Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking as needed to support ongoing cleaning operations Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or training new team members when required Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety procedures in cleaning environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Experience with laundry operations and managing cleaning supplies efficiently Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us in creating welcoming spaces where cleanliness meets excellence!
