Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure availability at all times Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests for additional cleaning or assistance Follow proper sanitation procedures during food preparation areas if applicable and assist with light cooking tasks when needed Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a focus on sanitation and customer service Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with residents or guests Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities preferred Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or protocols is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
