You will be responsible for transforming guest rooms into inviting retreats that reflect our commitment to quality service. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and furniture, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Change linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to enhance guest comfort. Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the room surfaces. Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Maintain a high level of hospitality by greeting guests courteously when entering or leaving rooms and responding promptly to special requests. Follow established janitorial procedures for industrial cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and safety. Assist with overall housekeeping management by supporting team members in completing daily cleaning schedules and maintaining inventory of supplies. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service delivery. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness issues or maintenance needs proactively. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts while performing cleaning duties effectively.
