Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your keen eye for detail and passion for cleanliness will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication will ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, inviting space that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks. Handle floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and hygiene standards. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently. Report maintenance issues or damages to management to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality. Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with industry standards. Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial tasks ensures efficiency in daily duties. Knowledge of hospitality operations enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest service through attention to detail. Experience managing or supervising housekeeping teams is a plus for those interested in housekeeper management roles.
