Housekeeping Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in a variety of settings, including industrial, hotel, and hospitality environments. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, ensuring linens are cleaned and presented to the highest quality. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is necessary. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred. Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
