Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality will ensure our guests experience a pristine environment during their stay. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly for resolution Assist with laundry duties when necessary to ensure availability of fresh linens and towels Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation required Previous hotel or custodial experience is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching Experience with industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus Join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued!
