The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring assigned areas meet established cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to : Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly. Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed. Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and furniture. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while on-site. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and reaching. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
