Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hotel Housekeeper who is bilingual - Spanish speaking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our visitors. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other common areas Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high standards Experience MUST BE Bilingual - English/Spanish Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Experience in hospitality or custodial roles that emphasize customer service and attention to detail Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus Ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language to serve diverse guests Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us in delivering top-notch service by ensuring our hotel remains spotless, inviting, and comfortable for every guest!
