Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding promptly to requests Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and inventory control Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, with janitorial or custodial experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Experience with laundry operations and basic cooking skills are a plus Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or hospitality industry experience is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, inviting spaces!
