Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper/Laundry Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency. Handle dry cleaning tasks when necessary, ensuring delicate fabrics are treated with proper techniques. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest comfort. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly. Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to maintain a safe environment for yourself and others. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Requirements Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
