Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential or commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and floor care duties. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will create welcoming spaces that guests, residents, or clients will appreciate and enjoy. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas requiring hygiene protocols Conduct residential or commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their space Handle floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, waxing, buffing, and other maintenance activities to preserve flooring quality Follow safety guidelines for janitorial and custodial work to ensure a safe environment for all occupants Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation is preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly communication skills Prior experience with floor care (including carpet cleaning) and janitorial responsibilities is highly desirable Join our team to help create clean, comfortable environments that leave a lasting positive impression.
