Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Hotel professional, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication will directly enhance guest satisfaction and uphold the reputation of our hotel as a clean, safe, and inviting destination. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality and janitorial services while contributing to a positive guest experience. Full time or part time positions now available. Duties Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies. Perform detailed floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and tile scrubbing to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance. Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly for resolution. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to ensure a safe working environment. Must be able to walk up and down stairs easily and lift over 30 pounds. Support housekeeping management with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment to optimize operational efficiency. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and tile maintenance. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners confidently. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles enhances guest interactions. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
