Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide carpet cleaning services as needed to maintain the appearance of flooring. Assist with basic cooking or meal preparation when required. Respond promptly to client requests and maintain a high level of customer service. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is essential.
