Responsibilities Greet and assist female spa guests in the locker and changing areas with a warm, professional manner Assign lockers and provide robes, towels, slippers, and amenities as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of female locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and relaxation areas Regularly restock towels, linens, toiletries, beverages, and other guest amenities Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of soiled linens and cleaning products Monitor locker room conditions and promptly report maintenance or safety issues Support spa team members by helping prepare and reset treatment rooms as needed Respond to guest requests and questions promptly, maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality Help maintain a calm, quiet, and relaxing environment within the spa and locker areas Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on spa business needs Required Skills Guest service and hospitality skills Professional and courteous communication Time management and task prioritization Attention to detail in cleaning and presentation Basic cleaning and sanitation techniques Inventory and restocking skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations discreetly Teamwork and collaboration with spa staff Basic safety and emergency awareness Cultural sensitivity and respect for guest privacy
