Residential House Cleaning Professional

We are currently seeking independent cleaning contractors to provide residential and short-term rental cleaning services throughout Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy independent work, flexible scheduling, and delivering high-quality cleaning services to homeowners and guests. Cleaning Services May Include Routine residential cleaning Deep cleaning services Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers Move-in / move-out cleaning Post construction cleanings Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas Sanitizing surfaces and resetting spaces for guests or homeowners Additional tasks such as laundry, dishes, or interior window cleaning may be requested for certain bookings.

Requirements Independent contractors should have:

Reliable transportation A smartphone with GPS and camera access Strong attention to detail and professionalism Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day Previous cleaning experience required Contractors are responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Schedule & Flexibility Choose the jobs you want to accept Work based on your own availability No required minimum hours This is a flexible opportunity designed for individuals who want control over their workload and schedule. Pay Compensation is based on completed cleaning assignments and varies depending on the size and scope of each project. Most contractors earn between $25-$60+ per hour equivalent depending on efficiency and services completed. Important Information This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and not a W-2 employee position. Independent contractors are responsible for their own transportation, supplies, taxes, licenses, insurance, and business-related expenses. Contractors maintain control over how services are performed and may accept or decline cleaning opportunities at their discretion.
