We are seeking a reliable and flexible team member for a full-time or part-time role as a Houseman and Shuttle Driver. This position plays an important role in maintaining our hotel's cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and maintain common areas such as the lobby, public restrooms, hallways, and courtyard in accordance with brand standards and procedures. Transport waste and trash to designated disposal areas in a safe and timely manner. Assist the Front Desk with delivering guest-requested items (linens, towels, amenities, etc.) to guest rooms. Greet guests and respond to requests or concerns in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Provide shuttle transportation for guests as scheduled, ensuring safe operation of the vehicle and excellent customer service. Assist guests with luggage when providing shuttle service, as needed. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the hotel shuttle vehicle, including regular interior cleaning and reporting any issues. Provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from the Mesa Gateway Airport and hotel properties, including Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express on Higley and Baseline. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Frequent standing, walking, bending, and overall mobility throughout the hotel. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods. Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major violations within the past 3 years). Ability to safely operate a hotel shuttle vehicle. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong communication and guest service skills with a professional demeanor.
