Located in a premier hotel environment, this role is essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment. Sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies to maintain hygiene standards. Manage laundry services for linens and towels, ensuring timely availability. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Assist with deep cleaning projects as scheduled or requested by management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff members. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment is a plus.
