Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Airbnb Apartment Cleaner and Housekeeper, we have 18 Airbnbs in Mesa that need your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, spotless spaces for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming each apartment into a pristine, comfortable retreat by performing thorough cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance tasks. Your dedication ensures our guests enjoy a memorable stay in a fresh and inviting environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to exceptional hospitality experiences while honing your cleaning and customer service skills. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to ensure a spotless environment. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and all surfaces to meet health and safety standards. Change linens, wash laundry, and organize supplies efficiently for quick turnovers. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by inspecting each space before guest arrival and after departure. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies to enhance guest comfort. Handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously during check-ins or when addressing special requests. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure consistent quality across all apartments. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry services. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members. Familiarity with housekeeper management or hospitality industry standards is a plus. Basic understanding of cooking is beneficial for preparing or managing small kitchen areas when needed. Reliable transportation to access multiple apartment locations efficiently.
