Job Summary We are a small, growing family-run rental property business looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and motivated person to join us long-term. This position averages about 20 hours per week , generally between 10 AM-3 PM . Exact days and hours will vary each week based on guest check-ins/checkouts, with typically 1-2 weekdays off . We may offer 30-40 hours during busy weeks. Christmas and New Years off. Our schedule does require some flexibility, but we want to offer flexibility in return. For the right person, we're happy to be as flexible and accommodating as we reasonably can and hope to build a working relationship that works well for everyone.

Responsibilities include:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize all rooms, appliances, bathrooms, and furniture, following established cleaning procedures. Perform floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping to ensure a spotless environment. Laundry, restocking, and organizing supplies. Checking inventory for missing or damaged items. Taking garbage/recycling bins in and out. Light property upkeep, such as pulling weeds or moving furniture. Inspecting homes for leaks, damage, or maintenance concerns. Traveling between our properties using a company-provided vehicle. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, friendly with guests, and able to work independently. Starting pay is $18/hour , with potential for annual increases as responsibilities grow and the possibility of becoming full-time as our business expands. We're looking for more than someone to clean—we'd love to find a dependable person who can become a trusted, long-term part of our team.
