We handle all the sales, marketing, and client booking — then we send the jobs to skilled independent contractors like you. We're looking for experienced interior house cleaners who take pride in their work and want a steady stream of clients without the hassle of running their own marketing. What we offer Consistent job flow — we send you bookings, you focus on cleaning Effective rate of $25-$35+/hr — faster and more efficient = higher earnings Full job transparency — you see the scope, location, and pay before you accept Fast payment — paid within 3 days of confirmed completion (often same day) Keep your own clients — this is non-exclusive, we just fill your calendar No cost to join — zero fees or upfront investment What you'll do Perform residential interior cleaning — standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, recurring maintenance Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients on-site Take before-and-after photos and submit through our app upon completion Walk clients through the completed work and confirm their satisfaction before leaving Must-haves At least 1 year of professional interior cleaning experience Your own supplies and equipment (cleaning products, mop, vacuum, etc.) Reliable transportation to job sites in the Mesa/Phoenix area Valid tax ID and authorization to work in the US (1099 contractor) General liability insurance (or willing to obtain — we can point you in the right direction) Smartphone and ability to use a basic provider app (Zoom for onboarding interview) Bonus points Experience with deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or Airbnb turnovers Existing Google reviews or verifiable client references Team or solo — both welcome How to apply Apply through Indeed or call/text us directly at (480) 531-9408 .
