Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and dependable house cleaning contractors to support our residential cleaning operations in the Phoenix (Valley Wide). Why Choose Muck Maids?

Competitive Compensation:

We operate on a commission based structure, average rates for our top-performing cleaners are Well ABOVE the industry standard. Compensation is approximately 50% of total job value. On top of your base commission, there are additional commission opportunities, bonuses, and customer tips (Cleaners retain 100% of customer tips)

Weekly Payments :

No need to wait for a month-end paycheck, or even every two weeks. We provide prompt weekly payments for your hard work. Just Clean and leave the rest to us: We take care of customer service, appointment scheduling, marketing, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus solely on your cleaning duties. You'll also have access to our friendly support staff for assistance with directions and appointment details, so you can simply show up, clean, and enjoy your choice of cleaning playlist.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role… Prior experience in residential cleaning preferably for at least 2+ years preferred Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. Tools and supplies to complete the work Strong verbal communication skills (English, high-level) Consent to a background check.
