- Scholarship fund available for employees pursuing higher education or certifications - Employee referral program This position supports our Housekeeping and Unit Turnover departments and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and can see what needs to be done without waiting to be told.

Essential Duties:

Assist the Housekeeping team with daily tasks and support unit turnovers between residents Help prepare apartments for new residents by assisting with cleaning, moving items, and general upkeep. Take out trash and recycling from designated areas. Maintain and organize housekeeping and maintenance related inventory and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be reordered. Pick up and deliver supplies, materials, or other items as needed. Run small errands and assist with occasional deliveries and pickups. Perform basic handyman and light maintenance tasks as needed. Help move furniture, boxes, supplies, and other items safely. Keep storage areas, workspaces, and service areas clean, organized, and ready for use. Assist other departments when needed to help keep the community running smoothly. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and professional work environment. Provide friendly and respectful service to residents while working throughout the community.

  • Is dependable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
  • Is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday
  • Has good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Is willing to help wherever needed and works well as part of a team
  • Has basic handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
  • Treats residents, coworkers, and community property with respect and professionalism Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, push and pull items as needed.

The ability to safely lift and move supplies, trash, and light furniture is required.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
