Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and dependable house cleaning contractors to support our residential cleaning operations in the Phoenix (Valley Wide). Why Choose Muck Maids?

We operate on a commission based structure, average rates for our top-performing cleaners are Well ABOVE the industry standard. Compensation is approximately 50% of total job value. On top of your base commission, there are additional commission opportunities, bonuses, and customer tips (Cleaners retain 100% of customer tips)

Just Clean and leave the rest to us: We take care of customer service, appointment scheduling, marketing, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus solely on your cleaning duties. Qualifications:

To succeed in this role… Prior experience in residential cleaning preferably for at least 1 year (2+ years preferred) Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. Tools and supplies to complete the work Strong verbal communication skills (English, high-level) Consent to a background check.
