We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our onsite team and help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community. Position Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of all common areas, amenity spaces, leasing offices, model units, and vacant apartment homes throughout the property. This position plays an essential role in maintaining curb appeal and delivering an exceptional resident experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Community & Common Area Cleaning Clean and maintain leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, breezeways, elevators, and amenity areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and polish surfaces throughout the property. Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness around trash enclosures and disposal areas. Maintain cleanliness of entryways, sidewalks, mail areas, and other high-traffic areas. Assist with daily property walks to identify cleanliness or safety concerns. Apartment Turn & Unit Preparation Clean vacant apartment homes in preparation for new move-ins. Assist with model apartment upkeep and presentation. Ensure units meet company cleanliness standards prior to resident occupancy. Inventory & Supplies Monitor housekeeping inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment. Properly use and store cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment according to safety standards. Safety & Compliance Follow all OSHA, company, and community safety policies. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or incidents to management immediately. Maintain organized storage and housekeeping areas. Customer Service Provide professional and courteous interactions with residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers. Support the onsite team with community events, inspections, and special projects as needed. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or multifamily experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
