Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position is considered an essential operational role and will require work during weekends, holidays, peak occupancy periods, and emergency situations as needed to support resort operations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest villas, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
