Maintain a clean and safe pool area, including tidying the deck, organizing pool towels, emptying trash, wiping down furniture, and ensuring the space remains guest‑ready Keep the outside of the hotel free of trash and debris, ensuring entrances, walkways, and parking areas reflect Best Western Plus cleanliness standards Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service Report maintenance issues and follow all safety and cleanliness protocols Qualifications Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment Friendly, professional demeanor consistent with Best Western Plus service expectations Reliable, punctual, and available for weekends or holidays How to
