Houseman / Maintenance & Portable Toilet Service Worker Small, locally owned company is looking for a reliable, hardworking Houseman / Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves maintaining and cleaning portable toilets, delivering and servicing units, and helping with general property maintenance and cleaning. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed. Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, and maintain portable toilets and related equipment Deliver, pick up, and service portable toilets at various locations Load and unload equipment and supplies Perform general cleaning of company properties, equipment, and work areas Assist with basic building maintenance and repairs Help with pressure washing, trash removal, and other maintenance tasks Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures Provide dependable support for day-to-day operations Perform other duties as needed to help keep the business running smoothly Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work independently and as part of a small team Comfortable performing physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift and move equipment up to 150 lbs., and supplies. Good attention to detail and pride in doing quality work Basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus Cleaning of portable toilet/service experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person Valid driver's license and a good driving record preferred. Must pass a background check, since some tasks will be performed at Schools.
