This is a hands-on position requiring someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, orderly spaces and is comfortable assisting with a variety of household, office, and light hospitality responsibilities. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Approximately 24 hours per week Occasional evening availability will also be requested to assist with business and social events held on the property. Evening dates will be arranged in advance. Primary Responsibilities Clean and maintain the residence, design office, and warehouse spaces Keep household, office, and storage areas neat, organized, and orderly Manage laundry, linens, and ironing Clean and care for silver, brass, and other fine household finishes Water potted plants and patio plantings Answer the door and receive packages and deliveries Assist with grocery shopping, fruit juicing, and light food preparation Provide basic care and grooming for one small dog Assist with serving food, guest service, and cleanup during occasional evening events Notice and address household needs with care and attention to detail Qualifications Minimum of three years of professional housekeeping experience Fluent or highly proficient in spoken English Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently Excellent attention to detail General knowledge of food preparation and kitchen cleanliness Comfortable working around and caring for a small dog Dependable, discreet, trustworthy, and professional Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional references required Background check required Compensation Compensation begins at $23 per hour during training , with meaningful opportunity for growth for the right person and a successful long-term working relationship.
