This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours as our schedule grows.

Pay:

$19-$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Starting pay is determined based on previous residential cleaning experience, ability to work independently, cleaning quality, efficiency, reliability, and overall experience. Experienced cleaners who can perform high-quality work independently may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Daytime/business hours Part-time Hours vary based on customer appointments and demand

Responsibilities:

Perform residential cleaning services in customers' homes Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Follow company cleaning standards and customer instructions Use cleaning products and equipment safely Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in customers' homes Communicate any delays, issues, or special customer requests Work independently and as part of a cleaning team

Requirements:

Previous residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
