In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment. Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently. Handle trash removal and linen replacement with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells to uphold the hotel's standards of presentation. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate janitorial equipment responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods and floor care equipment operation. Experience in hospitality environments or janitorial services that demonstrate reliability and attention to detail. Familiarity with hotel standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout shifts.
