Your dedication ensures that every guest experiences a pristine, inviting space that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and all surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of hallways and public spaces Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs and hotel standards Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel's appearance Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and property integrity Follow established health and safety procedures consistently to promote a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable but no required Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts A positive attitude with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service
