Housekeeping and Janitorial

We are looking for a Housekeeper and/or Janitor, to take care of our buildings and/or homes to carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our properties in a clean, sanitized and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated property areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out Move-In Move-Out, Deep Cleanings tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs or broken items immediately. Stock and maintain supply rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a Housekeeper and/or Janitor Ability to handle multiple jobs in one day, as well as provide own transportation. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety and Work Order Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently if required, while carrying own cleaning supplies.

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
