The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury residential cleaning and takes pride in maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment where reliability, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. Flexibility and the ability to take direction from your supervisor are a must. Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous service while maintaining efficiency and discretion Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces according to established standards Clean living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and shared spaces Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, furnishings, and household items Empty trash and maintain clean, hygienic bathroom areas Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed Maintain outdoor areas by dusting outdoor furniture, cleaning exterior appliances and sweeping and light sweeping. Communicate respectfully and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Support the residence with additional tasks as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and adaptable throughout the day Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality of work Ability to follow established routines and take direction with professionalism Maintains discretion and respects the privacy of the residence and its occupants Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish Reliable personal transportation is required to support consistent attendance and scheduling Experience Minimum of two years of relevant experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or professional cleaning environments preferred Experience working in high-standard or detail-oriented settings is a plus Benefit Conditions (Waiting period may apply - Full-Time Employees eligible) 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Holiday Pay Paid sick time Paid time off Work Environment This workplace values a results-focused approach with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of performance.
