In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive experience through exceptional housekeeping and laundry services. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residents rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff Follow established health and safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for timely resolution Support hospitality standards by providing friendly service and ensuring guest comfort at all times Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
