ROLE SUMMARY
As a Polisher, your main role involves efficiently and thoroughly polishing glassware and silverware to ensure it is spotless and presentable for service. The ideal candidate possesses a guest first attitude, strong commitment to service, and excellent communication skills. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented and encourages a hospitality driven environment. Open availability is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Polish all silverware, glassware, and supplies as needed. Restock all polished equipment and supplies in venue. Assist the venue team as needed. Help organize storages to maintain cleanliness and Other maintenance tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18+ years of age. Must have availability on weekends and nights. Must have excellent time management skills. Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs. Must be able to work in hot/cold, and/or wet areas.
