Angie's Stays is a growing short-term rental management company serving Chico, CA. We specialize in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming stays for our guests. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner with Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or motel experience to join our team. Our local properties typically require 2-3 cleanings per week, and we have consistent work available for the right person. What We're Looking For You are dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and understand the high cleaning standards required for short-term rentals. Applicants should have previous professional cleaning experience and be prepared to provide references. Benefits 1099 independent contractor position Flexible schedule Approximately 15-20 hours of work available per week Consistent cleaning opportunities Clear and reliable communication from management Opportunity to grow with an expanding company Responsibilities & Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional house cleaning experience Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or motel cleaning experience preferred Ability to use a smartphone and cleaning/management apps Take clear and detailed photos after each cleaning Perform linen service, including changing and preparing bedding and towels Complete regular turnover cleanings and monthly deep cleans Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Maintain strong attention to detail and consistent cleaning standards Schedule There are no overnight shifts. Most cleanings take place during the daytime, although some may occasionally extend past 5:00 PM depending on guest check-out times, property needs, or scheduling.
