The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and restrooms. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with floor care duties including mopping, waxing, and buffing as required. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, and industrial cleaning methods. Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
