As a Housekeeping Associate, you'll be a vital part of the member experience — keeping our locker rooms, common areas, and facilities in pristine condition so every visit feels exceptional. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and love making a difference in people's days, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Clean and maintain locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, saunas, steam rooms, and common areas (indoors and outdoors). Restock member amenities — shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, towels, paper products, and more. Collect, wash, dry, fold, and redistribute laundry throughout the club. Operate laundry and housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently. Complete shift checklists and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks (grout, vents, fixtures, etc.). Monitor supply levels and report when restocking is needed. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest service support. Handle spills, biohazards, and emergency clean-ups following proper safety protocols. Assist with pool covers during off-season months. Greet members warmly and assist with questions or concerns whenever they arise. What We're Looking For A genuine attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness. A warm, friendly personality — you enjoy being around people. Reliability and a strong work ethic; you show up ready to contribute. Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals/equipment properly. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs. Availability for day, evening, and/or weekend shifts. Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person!
