We're looking for reliable, independent cleaners to take on standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans in Corona and the surrounding areas. This is a 1099 contract role. You're paid a flat rate per job, which works out to about $25 an hour, with direct deposit every Friday. You choose which jobs you take and set your own availability. We're just getting started, so hours depend on bookings right now and will grow as we do. If you want to grow with a new business from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Clean homes top to bottom, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Take before and after photos of each job in our booking app and mark it complete Be friendly and professional with clients in their homes If a client flags an issue within 24 hours, come back and make it right What You Need House cleaning experience (residential preferred) Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Your own reliable vehicle, a valid California driver's license, and car insurance Willingness to complete a background check (we pay for it) A smartphone for job details, photos, and communication The ability to work on your own and keep your quality consistent from job to job What We Expect No no-shows. If you accept a job and don't show up or answer, you're off the team. Clients are waiting in their homes, so this one is non-negotiable. Communicate early. Running late or can't make it? Let us know as soon as you know, even the night before. Early notice is never held against you. Check the job before you start. If the home is a lot messier or bigger than what was booked, tell us before you begin so we can requote the client. Once you start, the rate is set. Report any damage. Snap a photo and let us know about anything already broken when you arrive, or anything that gets damaged during the clean. Get client sign-off. If the client is home when you finish, have them sign off in the app. Treat every home with respect. Our reputation is built one house at a time, and you're the one in the house. Keep your info current. Make sure your phone number, email, and bank details stay up to date so jobs and pay reach you. Give notice if you leave. It isn't required, but about a week's heads up lets us cover your scheduled jobs.
