Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitization and dust removal (for post-construction cleans) Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and used safely according to protocols Follow sanitation standards rigorously to promote health and safety in all environments Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Experience with laundry services or commercial cleaning is a plus Familiarity with janitorial supplies and safety protocols to ensure proper handling of chemicals and equipment A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating spotless environments that leave lasting impressions!
