Our 24-bed residential treatment center consists of four homes located on the same street. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining clean and well-cared-for spaces. This position plays an important role in supporting the comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being of our clients and staff. • Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and client rooms. Complete routine and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks. Wash, fold, organize, and distribute laundry and linens. Restock cleaning products, household supplies, and other designated items as needed. Maintain consistent cleanliness and sanitation standards across all four homes. Safely use, handle, and store cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Identify and promptly report any maintenance, sanitation, or safety concerns to supervisors. Walk between the four homes throughout the shift as needed. Respect client privacy and maintain appropriate professional boundaries while working in occupied residential spaces. Help maintain a peaceful, respectful, and supportive environment for clients throughout their recovery. Requirements Previous experience cleaning homes, facilities, or similar environments. Knowledge of safe and effective cleaning practices. Ability to follow chemical-handling, sanitation, and equipment-safety procedures. Commitment to protecting client privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements. Professional, compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental communication. Strong reliability, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain high cleanliness standards across multiple homes. Ability to manage cleaning responsibilities appropriately while working around clients and staff in an active residential environment. Genuine respect for the importance of providing a safe, dignified, and supportive environment for women in recovery. Preferred Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, residential, recovery, or treatment setting. More Than Just Housekeeping This role goes beyond cleaning.
