Job Description
Overview At Stranded, we believe our environment is just as important as the services we provide. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist who takes pride in creating an immaculate, luxury experience for our guests and team. If you're someone who notices the little things, enjoys organizing, and loves leaving a space sparkling, we'd love to meet you. Schedule 4-5 days per week Approximately 6-8 hours per shift Flexible schedule Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize the salon daily Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors Clean styling stations, shampoo bowls, mirrors, and glass Deep clean bathrooms throughout the day Fold towels and assist with salon laundry Empty trash and recycling Dust retail shelves and displays Restock restroom and beverage supplies Keep the break room and back-of-house spotless Help maintain a calm, organized, luxury atmosphere Notify management of maintenance issues or needed supplies Qualifications Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Experience in salons, spas, medical offices, or luxury retail is a plus Exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the shift We Are Looking For Someone Who... ✔ Takes pride in their work ✔ Notices details others miss ✔ Is dependable and trustworthy ✔ Wants a long-term position ✔ Enjoys helping create an exceptional client experience At Stranded, every detail matters.
