7:45 - 4:45pm Job Description As a Housekeeping Cleaner, you will deliver routine and special cleaning services throughout the community, contributing to a progressive customer service culture. Your work will support the mission to empower people to lead meaningful lives as they age and embrace aging as an opportunity to thrive. Responsibilities Champion the culture by ingraining the mission, vision, and core values into all aspects of your role. Actively participate in the department's standard training program to enhance your skills. Offer residents an inviting experience rather than a mere service. Engage with residents, guests, and co-workers graciously, attentively, and courteously. Provide routine housekeeping services for guests and residents of the community. Perform special housekeeping duties and deep cleanings of resident apartments. Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act calmly during emergencies. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year's experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred. Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools. Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand labels. Additional Skills & Qualifications Welcome regular feedback from supervisors, peers, and customers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davis, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
